Social Impact Architects maintains a virtual office, meaning that employees can work from home or a shared workspace. Employees are always expected to put clients’ needs first, but can have a high degree of flexibility in setting their schedules and work arrangements.
What We Seek
Social Impact Architects seeks partners to join the team who share the enthusiasm of social changemakers around the globe and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Qualified candidates meet the following baseline criteria:
- MBA or equivalent level of expertise
- Comfort working independently in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in the social sector (i.e., nonprofit, social enterprise, government) in the U.S.
- Past internal or external consulting experience
- Authorization to work in the U.S.

Available to open a SIA office anywhere in the United States

Available to work alongside partners or CEO on assignments and lead projects
