Education and Training

Social Impact Architects works with clients in the United States and Canada to design training and education sessions that meet your organization’s needs and expands the capacity of your staff. We work with audiences ranging from 30 to 250 people, and our past clients include the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the National Juvenile Justice Network, Catholic Charities, the Social Enterprise Alliance, and Social Venture Partners International. We have had the privilege of speaking in 32 states across the United States.

“There are a lot of nonprofit training sessions available, but I always attend Suzanne’s sessions. She is always entertaining and provides a lot of practical examples.”
“This is my third session with Suzanne – she is very knowledgeable and I enjoy her fresh perspective.”

We speak on a range of topics, including:

  • Business and Financial Models
  • Business Planning
  • Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Collaboration/System Change/Movements
  • Ecosystem Maps
  • Entrepreneurial Culture
  • Evaluation Plans
  • Grant Research
  • Grant Writing
  • Impact Measurement
  • Influencing Policymakers
  • Market Research
  • Nonprofit Consulting
  • Scaling/Growth Plans
  • Social Enterprise 101/201
  • Social Enterprise Ecosystems
  • Social Entrepreneurship
  • Storytelling
  • Theory of Change/Logic Models

In all instances, staff are held to a strict standard, which always receives high ratings from the audience as well as invitations to speak at additional conferences and events. We adhere to the adult learning model by using various methods to engage and involve the audience and going beyond just presenting “information,” by sharing insights and best practices based on academic research or firm experience.
