Our mission at Social Impact Architects has always centered around helping organizations become their best version of themselves, and we’ve been proud of our success over the last 12 years.
We also recognize that workplaces, as microcosms of the larger society, are currently being challenged to overcome inequities based on race, class, sex, gender, and more, and that these biases, both conscious and unconscious, are powerful drivers of unequal and harmful outcomes for individuals and groups.
Social Impact Architects supports the work being undertaken to dismantle institutional inequities, and we affirm that intentional actions toward equity are vital for the well-being of our citizens, our country, and individual workplaces.
Our commitments to our clients include:
- Continual learning. We don’t know what we don’t know, and we are committed to educating ourselves as individual consultants and as a team on issues of equity, privilege, institutional racism, unconscious bias, and more.
- Constructive conversations. We will participate in, and encourage others to participate in, healing conversations characterized by deep listening, humility, empathy, openness to new perspectives, non-defensiveness, authenticity, and clarity.
- A better reflection of our client population. As we continue to grow as a firm we are committed to creating a consulting team that more accurately represents the client populations that we serve.
- Supporting our clients in their efforts toward equity and inclusion. We will work with our clients in supporting their existing efforts toward growth in this area and we will ensure that our existing leadership and employee workshops are reflective of these equity-related values.
